By using Stubby ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Stubby is a business management application designed for Australian tradespeople. It provides tools for timesheet tracking, expense management, invoicing, quoting, job management, mileage tracking, and BAS/GST reporting assistance.
To use Stubby, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use Stubby only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
You own all business data you enter into Stubby. We do not claim any ownership over your timesheets, invoices, client details, expenses, or other business information. You can export or delete your data at any time through the App's built-in features.

Stubby uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) for receipt scanning and data extraction. While we strive for accuracy, AI-processed data should always be reviewed by you before use.
Stubby is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. BAS/GST calculations and reports are provided as a guide only. Always consult a registered tax agent or accountant for your tax obligations.
We aim to keep Stubby available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App includes offline functionality so you can continue working without an internet connection, though some features (syncing, AI scanning) require connectivity.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
Stubby may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features, pricing, and billing terms will be clearly communicated before any charges. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so under the Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stubby and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Stubby after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
